We keep abreast of the frequent changes in legislation and advise you on how they affect your benefit plans. By tracking your account annually and asking the right questions, we coordinate and prepare the appropriate filings for your benefit plans and/or your 501(c)(9) trust, if applicable. In addition, we can audit your health & welfare benefit plans, if necessary, and your pension benefit plans. You will receive access to your professionally prepared “signature ready” forms and audits with ample time to meet filing deadlines, alleviating the stress of an eleventh hour rush to comply.
We also gather data to run non-discrimination tests related to your fringe benefit plans - pre-tax premiums, medical FSA, dependent care assistance, HRA, and HSA.
